For products that can be purchased in our Online Store with delivery/shipping included

For products that can be purchased in our Online Store with shipping included, we use global service provider UPS Express. These products have product picture information specifying that these products can be ordered directly from our Online Store. Price in the Shopping Cart at the payment includes shipping costs according to UPS Express current pricing.

Shipping charges are based on UPS shipment policy and are calculated by weight and volume weight (whichever is greater).

For products that need our contact with customer for further details with delivery/shipping costs

For products that need our further contact with customer (as indicated in the product picture information) about shipping details and pricing we will contact customer within 24 hours after customer has selected the product/products.

These products are fully insured via our selected shipping company or the shipping company of your choice. Shipping details including preferred shipping company, timetables and prices will be detailed in the quote/ordering process.

Container charges are based on volume and depend on the selected shipping company.

Delivery in Thailand

For delivery in Thailand we use either UPS Express or our selected ground transport/shipping company or the ground transport/shipping company of your choice.

Local Delivery or Picking Up Your Products

If you would like to pick up your order at our Chiang Mai location, select the Pick Up option in the drop down menu in the shipping section of the checkout. There is no shipping charge added for pick up.

We will contact you after you have purchased your item to arrange a pick up time and date.

If you live in the Chiang Mai area (within 20 km from the centre of Chiang Mai city) local delivery can be arranged for 300 bath (maximum a fully loaded pick-up truck), subject to size or amount of sculptures. Delivery is free of charge with orders over 10 000 Bath. If you would like to have your order delivered locally, select the Local delivery option in the drop down menu in the shipping section of the checkout.

We will contact you after you have purchased your item to arrange a delivery time and date. Local delivery cost of 300 Bath will be charged separately.

For Online Orders that can be directly ordered Online with shipping we accept payments by Credit Cards (Visa, Master and American Express) with PayPal.
Major credit cards can be used with E-bay owned fully secure PayPal payment.

For Online Orders that need our further contact with customer (as indicated in the product picture info) about shipping details and pricing we accept payments by Credit Card, Cheque, International Bank Drafts, Bank Transfer and PayPal. These products are marked with “Contact Seller” click –button.

Shipping Restrictions

When your order is in our stock, we will ship it within 24-48 hours. However, shipping your order may be delayed occasionally due to heavy traffic of our customers. Should this situation occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible. Should your order is out of stock, we will notify you in 24-48 hours the approximate time that it will be back in stock.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and we reserve the right to refuse international shipping as per our discretion. In case we cannot ship to your country, we will notify you as soon as possible.

The risk of loss and title for your order passes to you upon our delivery of your order to a shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping errors such as wrong shipping address, custom delays, and agreements reached between customers and shipping carriers. It is your responsibility to complain or claim with a shipping carrier should your order is lost. However, we will try our best to help you to solve any shipping problem until you completely receive your order.

Customers in Thailand will not pay for duty or import taxes. Only customers in other countries will have to pay duty or taxes (if any) at the time of delivery. These duty and taxes are ruled by each country, so we encourage you to carefully study duty & taxes, and import regulations of your country. How to shop smart online? Example on Delivery to European Union (Finland) with Customs duty and Value Added Tax.

To shop smart online from outside European Union, if you can, buy your products in several shipments. Here is why: EU legislation requires paying Customs Duty if your order total value is more than 150 Euros and you have to pay also Value Added Tax. In Finland Value Added Tax is 22%.

If you order from outside EU, you do not have to pay customs duty if your order value is below 150 Euros (As of 2009). If your Value Added Tax is below 10 Euros, you do not need to pay it.

You can calculate Value Added Tax by counting the total sum of all the ordered products plus delivery costs plus possible Customs Duty (In Finland general VAT is 22%).

For example if you order a product that costs 45 Euros (including delivery to Finland), you do not have to pay Customs duty as the total value is below 150 Euros. You do not have to pay Value Added Tax either as 22% from 45 Euros is 9,9 Euros. Just below the VAT limit 10 Euros.

So be smart and order in several shipments!

How to Pay via a Bank Wire?

A bank wire (Swift) can be used to pay for Thailand Barnlamyai Sandstone Productions purchases of 500 USD and more. Please note that a bank wire fee at your country is your expense, while a bank wire fee at our country is our expense.

How to make a payment via this payment method?

During checking out, please select "Pay via a Bank Wire" as your payment method, and then click "Place Order" button. Then, in 24 - 48 hours, you will receive an e-mail from us providing the necessary account information to successfully transfer funds from your account into our bank account. A bank wire may take the bank up to two business days to process and we will keep your order on hold for those two business days. Once your bank has completely transferred the funds to our bank account, you will be informed by e-mail from us, and your purchase will be processed in 24 - 48 hours.

How to make a payment via PayPal?

During checking out, please select "Pay Online via PayPal" as your payment method, and then click "Place Order" button. Then, you will be directed to log in to your pre-existing PayPal account or be directed to create a new account. After logging in, you will select your preferred billing, shipping and payment options. Immediately after your payment is approved by PayPal, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail from Thailand Barnlamyai Sandstone Productions.

After our payment confirmation e-mail you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us within 24 - 48 hours. If you are qualified for our wholesale discounts, your qualified wholesale discount will not be applied automatically when you make a payment.
